Kimberly Mier
Kim graduated with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2025, where she served as the Judging Director for the Connecticut Moot Court Board, the Assistant Managing Editor for the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal, and as a student advocate in the UConn Law Animal Law Clinic. She joined the firm in August 2025.
Before joining the firm, Kim worked as a certified legal intern in the Public Safety Division of the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General, where she assisted with Section 1983 civil rights cases and drafted dispositive motions on various legal issues in both federal and state courts. She also served as a certified legal intern with the Office of the Federal Public Defender, drafting compassionate release motions under the First Step Act. Additionally, Kim has experience with personal injury and medical malpractice matters, including cases brought under the Federal Tort Claims Act, and previously worked as a paralegal handling estate planning and estate administration matters.
Kim lives in Manchester, Connecticut, with her dog, Cedar.
