A Hartford Superior Court Jury Returned a Verdict in Favor of the Defendant

On July 9, 2013, a Hartford Superior Court jury returned a verdict in favor of the defendant.  The subject of the lawsuit was an intersection motor vehicle accident where the plaintiff claimed multiple, life-altering injuries.  The plaintiff and her independent witnesses claim that the defendant proceeded into an intersection in Windsor without the legal right to do so.  The jury found the defendant more credible and returned a verdict in his favor.  Attorney Steven J. Barber represented the defendant.
